
According to the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law on the Protection of Minors of the People's Republic of China, and the Tobacco Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau has revised the "Regulations on the Implementation of Discretionary Powers for Administrative Penalties of the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau" (Shenyanzhuan [2023] No. 152) and formed the "Measures for the Implementation of Discretionary Powers for Administrative Penalties of the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)". The draft is now open for public comments, and relevant units and individuals from all walks of life can submit their suggestions for amendments by December 30, 2024, through the following two methods (please provide suggestions with personal signature, official seal of the unit, and contact information).
