A senior e-cigarette industry professional from China praised the vibrant scene at the YOOZ booth in front of 2FIRSTS, saying, "I have attended numerous e-cigarette expos around the world, but the bustling atmosphere at the YOOZ booth today reminds me only of what I have seen at the IECIE expo in China. This time at the Dubai World Vape Show, I have experienced it again."

The SMART VAPE series of products received widespread attention at the exhibition for good reason. According to observations by 2FIRSTS, the disposable product LINKX25000 in the series not only boasts the largest screen size in the market, but also leads in functionality compared to other new e-cigarette products. In addition, the interchangeable products V5 and V6, as well as the open system product LINKX 2, are all considered innovative leaders in their respective categories.

A distributor from the United States stated at the exhibition that, although the American market is currently full of large-screen e-cigarettes, he has not yet seen a product like the SMART VAPE series that combines comprehensive features, excellent quality, and outstanding taste.

"This type of product is truly propelling e-cigarettes into a new era of 'smart products,'" the distributor added.

She highly praised this e-cigarette product, believing that its intelligent design and forward-thinking approach are its biggest highlights. In terms of design, SMART VAPE products are boldly innovative, combining stylish aesthetics with comfortable grip, providing users with the ultimate vaping experience. She predicts that in the African market, this intelligent e-cigarette will disrupt the traditional e-cigarette market landscape and lead the industry in a new direction with its unique innovative features and practicality, offering consumers an unprecedented new experience.

In addition to gaining recognition from the distributors listed above, the SMART VAPE series of e-cigarettes has also earned widespread praise from distributors in Europe, South America, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

A Middle Eastern e-cigarette distributor recently placed an order for a batch of SMART VAPE products after trying them out personally. He plans to introduce them to the Middle Eastern market. He mentioned that most e-cigarettes with screens in the Middle East currently have small screens and limited functionality, only able to display oil and battery levels. The introduction of the SMART VAPE series undoubtedly brings a new interactive experience for Middle Eastern consumers. Additionally, YOOZ's terminal interaction platform will greatly enhance user stickiness.

During the exhibition, the person in charge of the YOOZ booth revealed that the SMART VAPE series of products has successfully signed orders from various regions including the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Looking ahead, YOOZ will continue to strive to become the world's first intelligent e-cigarette company.

Hunan China Tobacco Industry files heated tobacco device patent featuring adult-user identification through pressure sensing
China-based Hunan China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Baisha Technology Co., Ltd. have filed a patent application covering an adult-user identification mechanism for heated tobacco devices. How Large Is France’s Off-Channel Tobacco Market? Logista Says It Has Become Structural, While the Official Estimate Is 17.7% and Some Industry Studies Put It Above 50%
Logista France says tobacco consumption outside France’s official tobacconist network has become a large and structural market phenomenon, but official and industry estimates differ sharply. France’s TAFE study estimates that 17.7% of tobacco consumption escaped domestic taxation in 2023, with most of that volume attributed to cross-border purchasing rather than street sales. Some industry studies use broader off-channel definitions and put the figure above 50%. Meanwhile, French Customs seized 547.94 tonnes of tobacco in 2025, up 12%, showing continued pressure from illicit trade.

Three R.J. Reynolds companies are seeking to intervene in a lawsuit filed by Altria subsidiaries Helix Innovations and NJOY challenging the FDA's 2021 PMTA final rule. The companies dispute how the agency uses Acceptance and Filing reviews and completeness determinations to establish when the Tobacco Control Act's 180-day decision period begins. Reynolds has also linked prolonged PMTA reviews to competition from unauthorized vaping products. The FDA, meanwhile, has been accelerating reviews and reducing its backlog.

Malaysia Liquid Nicotine Returns to Poisons List, Leaving Vape Retail and RM354 Million Tax Collection in Legal Uncertainty
Malaysia Liquid Nicotine Returns to Poisons List, Leaving Vape Retail and RM354 Million Tax Collection in Legal Uncertainty
Malaysia’s withdrawal of its appeal in a landmark liquid-nicotine case has left a High Court ruling that struck down the 2023 nicotine exemption in force, bringing liquid and gel nicotine used in vaping products back under the Poisons Act 1952. At the same time, the Control of Smoking Products for Public Health Act 2024 continues to provide a regulatory framework for vaping products, creating uncertainty over retail sales, taxation and existing inventory. MPs are calling for nicotine vape sales and excise collection to stop, including refunds of more than RM354 million collected since 2023, while industry and consumer groups are asking the government to clarify the current legal position.
